Today UConn received its final verbal commitment from the HS Sr. Class of 2011 in 6'3 C Kiah Stokes (Iowa). Stokes announed her decision at a press conference at her high school today choosing UConn over Georgia, Iowa, Maryland, and Tennessee. Her verbal brings UConn's freshman class for 2011 to three which already includes 6'0 W Kaleena Mosqueda-Lewis (CA) and 5'9 G Brianna Banks (GA). Mosqueda-Lewis is the consensus #1 player in the 2011 class while Banks is ranked 13th overall and Stokes is ranked 19th overall by the consensus recruiting sites of ESPN HoopGurlz, Blue Star, and All-Star Girls Report.
