The Huskies proved to be too athletic for Oakland yesterday afternoon. Led again by Greene (13 pts. and 14 rebs.) as UConn dominated Oakland 85-53. Great 1st halves by Hunter and Charles were interrupted by 'tweaks' to their knee and shoulder injuries, respectively and forced both of them to the bench for the game. The post domination didn't stop with both centers on the bench the entire second half as Greene and McLaren took over. All the girls will now go home for a short holiday break, heal their wounds, and then come back to get ready to face a Husky of Honor and Hartford.
