EFF = Efficiency Rating [(Pts. + Rebs. + Asts. + Stls. + Blks.) - (FGM + FTM + TOs)]
+/- = Plus/Minus Rating (amount score increases/decreases during time player is on the court)

Thanks TJ...this stuff is great. I think one adjustment that may have to be made is determining at what point in the game P/M values reflect. The importance of the players P/M when the lead went from 12 to over 20 in a matter of minutes as opposed to , let's say, the middle of the 4th quarter when the game was no longer in doubt should be reflected somehow.

I would love to have the time and patience for that, but alas even I don't have the time. Also have a FT job to worry about. But thanks for the comments (and the suggestion)!! I think a simple eye test will show who was on the floor when game mattered.
