EFF = Efficiency Rating [(Pts. + Rebs. + Asts. + Stls. + Blks.) - (FGM + FTM + TOs)]
+/- = Plus/Minus Rating (amount score increases/decreases during time player is on the court)

Just curious...Dolson had highest EFF but does not get player of game. Is there something else that factors in? Playing Time?
BTW...great blog and thanks for introducing the EFF stat. Did not know about that.
I have a feeling Stewart will be getting a lot of high EFFs throughout her career.
whoops my bad...Dolson led in plus/minus....but still wouldn't that stat be more of a factor for player of the game?

Thanks for visiting and commenting johnnyc. Player of the Game for me is who was the player who impacted the game the most based on both statistics and eye test. Just because a player leads the game in scoring doesn't necessarily mean they will be POTG. Dolson had a fabulous game & came close (had she gotten the triple-double, she would have won it on that fact only--bc that's an amazing accomplishment), but KML had such an impact early when the game was still close and overall had such a well-rounded game it tipped the scales in her favor. Thanks TJ.....Yes KML was shooting lights out early. I will be able to do the 'eye test' now that the Huskies are on SNY. I live in NY so I get it with basic cable.
