Freshman year in college is a tough transition for most, but it is starting to boarder on excruciatingly painful (even to watch) for Phillips who won't be traveling with the team for the third straight game and hasn't practiced with the team for about 3 weeks now. At this point, no one (even Geno) knows her status except for her name still being listed on the roster. A decision should be made by the time X-Mas break is over on where she officially stands with the team. Her high school coach also sheds some light onto what might be causing her problems.
